Build an HD video project with Pinnacle Studio 26
Pinnacle Studio 26, the Standard edition, provides storyboard and timeline editing across six video and audio tracks. Combine footage, titles, transitions and sound, then prepare an HD export for the intended audience.
Standard includes keyframe controls, simplified color and audio tools, and multicamera editing for two cameras. Choose it around the number of layers and camera angles your project needs. Create a rough cut first, then refine title timing, transitions and the balance between narration and music.
Use Ultimate for more tracks and advanced editing controls
Pinnacle Studio 26 Ultimate adds unlimited timeline tracks, multicamera editing for up to six cameras and HD or 4K export. It also includes video masking, smart object tracking, blend modes, 360-degree editing and full color grading.
These tools suit projects with layered footage, tracked effects or more detailed color work. Review masks and tracking through the complete shot, and check color changes across adjacent clips. Unlimited tracks describe the editing workspace; they do not establish a fixed rendering time or remove the need to test your source media.

Choose the delivery format and check the finished output
Both Studio 26 editions include screen capture and DVD-authoring workflows with menus. Ultimate offers a larger menu collection and additional output options. Blu-ray disc authoring is available through a separate add-on, so check that entitlement before planning a Blu-ray project.

Identify an older Studio edition before comparing features
Use the Pinnacle product archive for earlier releases, or open the existing Studio 25 Plus page to identify that edition. Plus and Ultimate names from another release do not automatically describe the features in Studio 26.
Check the exact product, version and included extras when reopening an older project or changing editions. Preserve the original project and its media before saving revisions in a different installation.
